Biocare Sulf provides the sulphur necessary for protein formation as a basic constituent of two amino acids: cysteine and methionine. Adequate supplies of this nutrient help to increase the synthesis of aromatic compounds in the fruit, improve the quality and protein content of cereal crops and prolong the shelf-life of products in the delicate post-harvest phase.
Biocare Sulf thanks to the very fine particle size of its particles, it is rapidly translocated into the
preferential sinks of the plant, helping to make the cellular environment highly oxidative and able to
counteract the deleterious effects of attacks by fungal and bacterial pathogens.

The use of biocare Sulf in the vegetative phases advised allows:
• to stimulate plant growth, promoting the formation of secondary roots, important for the absorption of nutrients present in the rhizosphere;
• to improve the resistance of plants to stress conditions both biotic (pathogens) and abiotic (environmental stress);
• to reduce the openings of the stomata of the leaves, thus eliminating the accessibility of pathogens in the plant.
